IPSwitchBoard version 0.124 Released

Thorben Jensen has posted details of the latest release of IPSwitchBoard:

Version 0.124 - 27 July 2005

Improved Billing facilities:

-Rate can be specified with four decimals
-Connection Fee can be supressed by specifying a negative number
-Rates can be defined for a time period (ex.: 18:00 - 23:59)
-Description can be added for a Call Rate
